Work on site content

From the beginning I have I idea to finish this site within a week or with few extra days. Not things can be done without plan but indeed most of time we can not finish work in time–of planed timeframe. Well, no exception, while I working hard and rapidly working on site design and content. At this moment, site design is seem to be finished–at least for the moment. The content pages are currently getting updated and partly are in progress. Only sad news is I have a day left before I leaving here to my home in South.

I will leave Bangkok in Monday early morning and will be at home for a week. Only good news for the moment is I will release nThai(z) 2.0 and 1.0 series. After that I will start to work with IP. Gallery, Blog and download manager.

See you after an absence week.

When will nThai(z) 2.0 is released?

Well someone asking me after I told that nThai(z) 2.0 is finished. You known it finished but where is download link? I don’t have it and still not released. I need time to finish site design and content, the release of nThai(z) 2.0 will be in later day.

Please keep waiting and/or subscribe to my feed. I will announce when it ready.

Site Design

Today I spent a lot of time for site design work. I lost my attention on CSS for awhile, to bring it back it took me a lot of time. At least I think I like what I have done today. Playing with Photoshop and coding CSS is terrible work for me at this point. But, hey! it not bad — I quite happy with it. Still some minor part that need to finish but it can wait.

I will take short resting and back to work with site content, instruction and everything else. Bwt, anyone still have nThai for IPB 2.0? I found I lost them. Please let me know if you have it.

Thai Language pack for IPB 2.2.2 is finished!

While I can not confirm the release date for Thai Language pack for IPB, for short I am glad to tell you all that nThai(z) for IPB 2.2.2 is finished. From the original name “nThai” it now changed to nThai(z). The version number is rised up to 2.0, nThai(z) 2.0. Why it jumped from 1.0.4 to 2.0? it not just I add few line of IPB 2.2.2 but there are a lot of change.

  • It’s more easy to understand and follow than previous version.
  • Shorten by cutting off a lot unnecessary words.
  • Adopted to be fit with IPB 2.2 Look and Feel.
  • Adopted more and more to Thai style of speak — Why you should follow American?
  • Thai Standard language
  • Support TIS-620 and UTF-8, in separate set.
  • Typo error free–I hope, it not just double check.

For those who use IPB 2.1.x, I will release nThai(z) 1.0.5 some time soon–the most of work is finished. But for 2.0.x, I still not sure because I am no longer have that files.

Second review and revise is finished

Well, good news before deep night is come. I just finish my second review and revise of nThaiz for IPB 2.2.2. I can say it finished! Tomorrow I will work on instruction giude and finishing the site, if I can.

As I  for nThai(z), I think I found a solution to make it complatible with UTF-8. Good news? I hope I can release them in the same time.
